BASAL BODY TEMPERATURE(BBT)CHART
Women differ from men in their sexual functions in that they are capable of "getting pregnant","bearing children and "nursing children".Due to this women have unique hormones,the conditions of which can be checked by various external methods.Measuring the BBT is one of these methods.
The Basal Body Temperature(BBT) is the temperature closest to that in the sleep state,taken immediately upon awakening,before attempting activity or influenced by psychological factors.
Ideally,the BBT should be taken immediately upon waking while still lying down.Taking the BBT after eating or drinking ,even while lying in bed,will result in an incorrect reading.A correct BBT cannot be taken after getting up and becoming active.
